Today is my first blog, not really sure what I am doing but I am taking a stab at it. I hope to lose 70 lbs by December and I know I am going to need some self discipline in regards to weight management (exercising and staying away from sinful foods.) I have done all the pay for programs such as Slimgenics, Weight Watchers, and joined gyms. The success I had before was a personal trainer, and restricted diet. It is very difficult to stick to it but I need to be self driven and want it enough to do it. I had lost the weight before and then some challenging life circumstances came my way and I turned to food. As an ex smoker the hand to mouth routine always comes back to me. I picked up cigarettes again but it was not worth it as I worry about the side effects of my skin and my health. Please feel free to encourage me, give me some incentives, ideas, etc of how to make this go quicker or easier.
